Terms and Conditions
1.a I (Stallholder/Vendor) confirm that all documents such as; insurance cover, liability cover (minimum £5 Million), Health and Safety Certificates and any legal certificates attached to this booking form are; relevant, correct and valid for the date of the event(s) selected. 1.b All information listed in the attached form is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. 1.2 Food vendors must provide relevant Health & Safety certificates that comply with 1.a and 1.b. 1.3.a Payment is only due after we have confirmed your placement. However, NO placement is secure until full payment is received. 1.3.b If you fail to attend on the day, you will not be issued a refund, and this may affect consideration for future events. 1.3.c We reserve the right to cancel your placement if the details listed in these “Terms and Conditions” are not correct. We may also refuse any refund of “deposit” as this would constitute as a breach of contract. 1.3.d Your “deposit” is placed to hold, to secure your space at the selected event(s), if you can not attend and notify us beforehand we may only refund you if “we” can find a replacement and notice given 28 days before the event. 1.3.e if the event is cancelled; due to an “Act of GOD” no refund will be applied. 1.4.a. At some venues we can provide; 1 x trestle table 1.8m x 0.06m (6ftx2ft) and chair, this is available on a “first come, first serve” basis. 1.4.b Stallholders are required to supply all other equipment including a generator(s), gazeebos, power leads, decoration (depending on the theme of the event), rubbish collection and supply(s). 1.4.c Stallholders are responsible for any bi-product/rubbish created as a result or purchase from their service 1.5 We ask all stallholders to arrive early (2 hours) to ensure set up is complete 30 minutes before the events listed start time and manned appropriately throughout the day. 1.6.a. Once the event has begun, for health and safety, all equipment including tables should not be moved or dismantled before we give permission. 1.6.b we will ask that all non-essential vehicles cleared from the site. 2.0. JTT Events Ltd can NOT be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods including damage to vehicles while exhibiting, loading and unloading. You should ensure that you carry adequate insurance cover to meet your legal liabilities. 2.1. Ensure that any staff accompanying you to the event are covered by the insurance policy you submitted and are also qualified accordingly. 2.2a Please specify all staff members attending each event, if this is not listed, we may refuse entry on the day. 2.2b if you are selling “alcohol” all individuals accompanying you, including yourself, must be 18 years of age or older. And you must submit and carry all relevant licences and insurances that comply with the Alcohol licencing act 2003. 3.1. The numbers of previous attendees is not a guarantee of any future event. We can never guarantee attendance on the day. 3.2. “Standard” – we class any stall that has an expected medium to low foot traffic as a “Standard” Stall. However, this is at our discretion. 3.2.b Food stalls/vans/sellers will be charged at a higher rate (typically; £110 to £180) 3.3. We have the right to refuse any stall without providing a reason. 3.4. Although we try to adopt a NO-DOUBLE stall policy where possible, depending on the venue, and event type, and your service type, this may not always happen.
